I was a bit of a skeptic when I was first introduced to Mat by Joe. I experienced cronic pain related to adult onset Lumbar scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. I am active with PT & have tried acupuncture, dry needling, massage, and assorted pain medications and supplements.

Being in the medical profession, I was concerned about the scientific validity. I spoke with my physical therapist and was advised to give it a try. I DID!

The first scheduled appointment with Joe, my pain score was about a 7 (0-10 scale) and unsure if I should keep the appointment. But I did. The session was about two (2) hours. at the end of the first session my pain score was 1. I gained confidence and have continued with MAT. I have learned consistencacy with therapy is essential. I am grateful for the relief MAT has provided physically and emotionally. My pain is variable on a day to day basis; however, MAT has allowed me to continue daily tasks and to be more active.
